Minimum Age Requirement

Drivers must be at least 23 years old with a driving license held for at least 2 years to rent a vehicle.

Driving License

A valid driving license held for a minimum of 12 months is required. For licenses not written in Latin script, an international driving license is mandatory.

Taxes

All rental rates include 17% VAT.

Fuel Policy

Fuel costs are the renter’s responsibility. The car must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was rented. If the renter returns the car with more gasoline than was received, no refund will be given.

Traffic Violations

Renters are solely responsible for any tickets or administrative sanctions resulting from violations of Greek traffic laws during the rental period.

Delivery and Collection

Delivery and collection of vehicles are provided free of charge to the port of Pigadia and to the airport. Hotel delivery outside Pigadia is possible upon request with extra charge.
Vehicle pick-up and drop-off must occur during our business hours. After-hours service may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
In case of need to change the agreed location, prior consultation and availability approval from us is required.
Late returns may result in additional charges, calculated per hour or per day, depending on the delay.
No refunds will be issued if the rental is terminated prior to the agreed-upon date.

Fleet availability

The Company retains the right to substitute the originally reserved car model with a different model of the same or higher category.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Pets are allowed only with prior authorization and must be transported in appropriate carriers.
Child and booster seats are available upon request at an additional cost. The renter is responsible for correctly installing the seat in compliance with local traffic laws.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations More Than 5 Days Before Arrival: No cancellation fee applies if the reservation is canceled more than 5 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Cancellations 3–5 Days Before Arrival: For cancellations made 3–5 days prior to the arrival date, the 20% deposit will not be refunded. If the full amount has been prepaid, 80% of the total amount will be refunded.
Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows: For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full cost of the rental period will be charged.
Flight Cancellations or Health Reasons: In cases where the customer needs to cancel their reservation due to health reasons or a canceled flight, a full refund will be issued upon presentation of valid proof (e.g., medical certificate or airline-issued notification).

Insurance Policy

All renters are covered against fire, theft, and third-party liability for death, injury, and property damage. Roadside Assistance, Legal Protection and Accident care are also included.
Full Damage Waiver (FDW): Optional full insurance with no excess is available, covering all repair costs in the event of an accident, provided traffic rules are not violated.
In the event of an accident or any incident involving the rental vehicle, the renter must notify us immediately and provide all necessary details and evidence (e.g., photographs) at the time of the incident. Failure to report the incident promptly may result in the insurance coverage being voided, as delays can prevent the proper verification and handling of the claim.

Response times for Roadside Assistance depend solely on the external provider and are beyond the Car Rental Company's control.

Unauthorized repairs or assistance are not permitted and will not be reimbursed.

Insurance Exclusions

The following are not covered by any insurance:

Interior and undercarriage damage.
Accidents caused by a driver under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Damage caused by an unauthorized driver not listed in the rental agreement.
Failure to take necessary precautions for secure parking or locking of the vehicle.
Illegal parking.
Damage resulting from driving on unsuitable roads (dirt-rock roads) to wheels, rims, tires, side or rear windows and mirrors and due to reckless driving.
Any harm occurring after the scheduled return of the vehicle.
Misplacement, theft, or destruction of car keys. Loss or harm to baby seats, tire-changing tools, warning triangles, spare tires, fuel caps, or any equipment supplied by the rental provider.
Transporting the vehicle via ferry is prohibited.
Engine damage caused by using incorrect fuel or due to carelessness.
